Reporting COE**Department** Data Mngmt & Reporting Analytics / Reporting COE**Job Location **Guadalajara**Summary**As part of the Reporting Center of Excellence (COE), this position helps deliver standardized, accurate & actionable data in a timely manner that supports cross-funictional and enterprise-wide teams, allowing them to make business decisions. Specifically, this position will play a key role in supporting our SAP enterprise data & reporting strategy providing direct support for our enterprise-wide reporting catalog.All data/information that this role comes into contact with must be kept confidential per company guidelines..**Responsibilities**:- Support our Enterprise Reporting Catalog_- Assist in the curation, review, and maintenance of our Infromatica Reporting Catalog, including manual and automated curation.- Facilitate conversations with IS and Business Units on curation progress and pipeline.- Work with IS to maintain enterprise templates for various data and analytical objects including the Reporting Catalog, glossaries, and articles.- Provide daily operational support for questions/tickets raised regarding the enterprise Reporting Catalog (e.G. how to use, curation status, reporting questions)- Work with IS to provide KPI usage statistics from our Catalog.- Support Enterprise Data & Reporting Strategies_- Assist in the change management and migration of current Reporting COE business practices to align with our enterprise-wide S4 Reporting and Data Strategy.- Assist the Reporting COE and Enterprise with our S4 ERP Reporting Solutions - in some cases facilitating conversations between our Business Units and IS on next steps and catalog curation.- Assist in working with Reporting COE staff and cross-functional IS teams to optimize and centralize Reporting COE's best practices.Report Generation & Maintenance- Assist the Reporting COE in the development and delivery of ADHOC and Project-Driven Reporting requests (e.G. investigating data sources/data, researching existing solutions, directional insight into our reporting catalog)- Have experience and knowledge of Relational Databases- Help QA Logic, Data, and Reporting Output- Communicate and disseminate report progress and status to Report Stakeholders.- Establish workflow documentation (e.G. Reports catalog, Definitions, Processes, etc.)- Assist in the maintenance of existing reports and dashboards**Minimum knowledge and skills**- _ Knowledge/ability to work with SAP or other ERP processes._- _English level 95%_- Knowledge/ability to work with Infromatica. _- _ Familiar with Relational Databases and Relational Database Management Systems._- _ Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Tools and Capabilities. _- _ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to pay attention to detail. _- _ Excellent oral and written communication skills
