And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond!**_This position is based in Monterrey_****_JOB DESCRIPTION_**- The Demand Planner analyst is responsible for processing sales forecast data and providing support to the Demand planner for completing the forecast analysis to be reviewed with the sales team. The role requires challenging and validating sales inputs, statistical forecasts, and import management. As part of the demand planning cycle tasks, the demand planning analyst is the natural backup for the Demand Planner._- Proficient with statistical concepts, forecasting best practices, and familiar with sales, operations, and supply chain norms. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A degree of creativity and latitude is required._**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**- Collaborate with commercial function to enrich forecast- Ensure proper execution of demand planning processes- Ensure overall consistency or gaps understanding between forecasts, budgets, and prior year actuals and managing the portfolio mix (top-down and bottom-up expectations)- Drives toward continuous improvement and identifies improvement projects within the demand planning scope- Provide support in preparation for demand validation meeting for the overall sign-off with Sales VP- Be the single point of contact for Gourmet demand plan and communicate, interact and support cross-functional stakeholders- Publish and present forecasts reports and KPIs at different levels (BU, customer, by-product family)**Scope**:- To be assigned for reporting to a Demand planner for **US/Canada Business Units**:- It may include imports**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a planning role- Forecast system knowledge- APICS certification- Fluent English **(Must)**:- SAP BO Analyzer, Business Warehouse experienceAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity & Inclusion.
