Analyst, Digital Insights And Performance

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various digital tools to gather and analyze data from online user interactions across multiple data sources.
- Create easily understandable data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with development and marketing teams to implement recommended solutions.
- Generate insights into online visitor behavior and content consumption.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in online marketing performance and website design.
- Create data measurement plans for Global Data Layer definition, implementation and troubleshooting across multiple Business Units.
- Maintain and improve reports for the digital marketing team
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer data analysis and data mining.
- Proficiency with key web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Salesforce.
- Experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is a PLUS!
- Clear understanding of Tag Management solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium or Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Reporting visualization tools as Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams including engineering, marketing, and creative departments.
