**Main Purpose**Support the IT NA Hub F&C Team as a trusted co-pilot (vision, organization, practices, initiatives/projects ).
Provide visibility around costs/projects related to the operations and the activities through the driving of relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring of the budget and controlling the variances).
Prepare internal charge outs documents (ICOFORMs) to charge costs from the IT Hub NA in Mexico to the US.
Provide support with the CATS (tool) time completeness process to guarantee projects are properly receiving the costs related to personel, as well as support the team with CAPEX related activities (fixed assets investments).Business Co-PilotPrepare an accurate IT Hub annual budget and subsequent DF (Dynamic Forecast), using the Nestle internal tools, ensuring data is comprehensive and appropriately challenged.
Plan, coordinate and maintain cost control, measure performance against plan and report to management.Analysis and InsightMonitor, validate and keep update of all Key financial indicators, prepare variances analysis, identify gaps.
Communicate the financial performance to the stream leads in the NA region and Center (Vevey) and also to the Regional NA F&C Director.PEC (Period End Closing) Review daily, weekly and monthly variances; analyze and investigatebackground.
Ensure data accuracy with regular checks; follow up with stakeholders to ensure correction of errors.
Discuss issues with operations department as necessary.CATS (tool) Time completenessBe the SPOC of the IT Hub in Mexico and US for the CATS tool / process.
Send reminders to the funcional teams to ensure employees are making the proper inputs of their worked hours in the tool, so that projects can be charged for the costs related to personel.
Prepare ad hocs reports to management.CAPEX (capital expenditure) - fixed assetsSupport the IT Hub Finance team with the process of controlling the expenditures with fixed assets, update the CAPEX tool (NIMT) and monthly decks to be sent to the Leadership Team.
**Key Experiences**- Business Administration with major/minor in Finance or Accounting graduate.- 1-2 years Experience in working in a cross-functional and networked organization (internal and external providers)- 1-2 years Experience in Costing / Planning / Accounting / Business Controller or other co-pilot- have worked with SAP Finance/Procurement modules and / or Service Now (PPM/ITFM) is a Plus
