Coordination & preparation of financial data and assist with consolidation of International reporting requirements.
Additionally, assist Corporate Accounting with Accounts Receivables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties: % Time Spent: 1.
FP&A -Assist with consolidating, International & Hyperion Reporting 60% 2.
Corporate Accounting - A/R reconciliations & transactions 30% 3.
Other ad hoc projects 10% - Assist FP&A with forecasting & budgeting.
- Assist with process improvements within the financial reporting process & International financial reporting process.
- Prepare special analysis and writes reports as requested using Microsoft tools and planning systems (Smart View & Hyperion).
- Proactively works with BUC's towards identifying problem areas and provides input to resolve issues as appropriate.
- Manage a process of Accounts Receivables.
- Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION: 1.
Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

Advanced Excel and Access experience required.
Hyperion experience & Showcase or related query tool knowledge a preferred.
3.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills and communication/interpersonal skills, detail and high attention to detail and deadline orientated.
4.
1-2 years experience in finance/accounting preferred.
