Program Financial Analyst is a financial business partner within program development teams, working in multi sites / multi projects environment. Main responsibilities include analysis of part production costs and sales, tooling costs and sales, capital expenditures, intercompany business. Analyst will accurately prepare program reporting package and ad hoc analyses to support program profitability.**Essential responsibilities**Analyze production cost of operations and material costs, product margins; Manufacturing cost analysisActivity based cost analysis; Identify and analyze production cost elementsAnalyze profitability variance drivers (machine cycle times, headcounts, scrap rates, machine or labor hourly rates, material quantities or purchasing prices )Analyze selling price developments versus customer / internal engineering change requests; Direct v Indirect manufacturing cost Variable v Fix manufacturing cost Labor cost analysis Bill of Material (BOM) analysis Production Routing analysisAnalyze and support PFC/PM on tooling profitability; Cost to date / to come versus maximum authorized spending Invoicing / payment on time (actual + forecast) Tooling margins, profit management (actual + forecast) Tooling budget / forecast and actuals**Required knowledge/education, **qualification/ability** and/or experience**Finance 2-3 year experience in manufacturing environment required; cost accounting experience preferredBasic understanding of how to use manufacturing costs to identify manufacturing cost improvement opportunitiesAdvanced Excel Required (database management, pivot tables ) and power point skillsSAP experience preferredSelf-starter with the ability to work independently (self task management)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEnglish for business purposes mandatory (fluent appreciated)
