It's challenging and sometimes demanding, and that's why we love it.**About The role**- Handle 2nd/ 3rd line support of P2P process/Coupa (technical and functional queries)- Take ownership of issues through delivery, issue resolution, and escalation, as appropriate- Liaise with multiple stakeholders including users, infrastructure/middleware teams, 3rd party software vendors to resolve issues and potential process improvements.- Ensures that the IT Service Delivery Framework is adhered to by support.- Flexible to work in shifts.**Mandatory skills**:- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes across Sourcing, Contracts Management, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Performance Management and Enterprise integration with SAP.- Ability to support and manage incidents/tickets queue, requests, changes, or defects for Ariba On-Demand- Understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management process.- Experienced with IT Service management tools like Service Now, Remedy, or Service Manager- Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
