Job Summary:
You will directly contribute to the vision, approach, and all aspects of our Technology PMO that spans across our Technology organization to ensure we provide the best user experience possible. You should have a blend of technical acumen, the ability to challenge the status quo, and influence organizational leadership to keep the user at the center of all we do as an organization. You will represent our team members' perspective to ensure their needs and expectations are addressed. You'll help to develop a roadmap that defines our goals and desired outcomes that will help position individuals and teams to thrive and make Tyson an innovative and rewarding place to work.
Some key things you'll work on:
- End to end process definition
- Meet with team members to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the organization
- Gather process data to identify process performance areas
- Design workflow and process strategies to improve business performance
- Oversee implementation of new processes and associated change management activities/training
- Create standard documentation and FAQs for new and existing processes
Critical Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and interviewing skills
- Organization change management or training delivery experience
- Understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
**Experience**:
- Bachelor's and 1-3 years experience in a project management or PMO function, or 3-5 years' experience in project management
- PMP, Agile, LEAN, or CMMI certification preferred
