**Job Details**What will you do?Responsible for the local delivery and execution of core HR services to employees and managers in manufacturing Plants. Performs a variety of employment related functions for the ultimate purpose of enhancing employee engagement, productivity and ensuring employee compliance with company policies.Responsible for the administration and coordination of all internal communication programs and employee recognition. Responsible of talent acquisition process (DL & IDL), retention, and talent management initiatives. Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Health, Safety and Environment. Follow up on applicable labor law regulation and or corporate initiatives.How will you do it?- Implementation of HR process and policies- Works in partnership with local management on various employment matters including Performance Management issues, employee inquiries or complaints, as well as the implementation of company-wide HR activities such as: Ethics/Integrity Training, the Employee Survey, the Performance Reviews and Goal Setting process, etc.- Develops effective working relationships with local management and employees in order to influence and coach them on effective employment practices.**Calificaciones - Externas**What we look for?- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or related field- 1+ year experience in HR field in Manufacturing- Experience managing workforce. Demonstrated success influencing and coaching direct reports, field/plant employees and business leaders.- Broad human resources skills in the areas of Union Collective relations, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, training and development, organizational planning, employee relations and labor relations.- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
