Our 130,000 employees work to create intelligent buildings, efficient energy solutions, integrated infrastructure and next generation transportation systems that work seamlessly together to create smart cities and communities.We are committed to helping our customers win and creating greater value for all of our stakeholders in everything that we do.What you will doThe HR Analyst is responsible for providing support on issues/inquiries related to our processes and to maintain day-to-day operation to deliver results..The Analyst HRSSC Talent Acquisition main tasks/ responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Provides service delivery on the following TAO processes:- Assist in any incoming inquiry from external and internal customers.- Accomplish the Case Management Framework & KPIs and SLA for cases.- Perform basic transactional processing activities to support Tier 1 area- Executes services and processes based on the documentation, presentations, Work Instructions and related supporting materials that are available for consultation.- Ensures quality and compliance controls are properly followed- Issue resolution with Sr. Analyst and/or Process Owner when applicable.- Maintains a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers.- Participates in continuous improvement activities that will increase quality and service delivery efficiency.- When required, participates with Sr. Analysts and Process Owner in system enhancements, upgrades and fixes.Job Customers- Employees in all the levels across the JCI- Human Resources- TA RecruitersOther Activities- Other duties as required on demand.**Qualifications**What we are looking for?- Bachelor Degree in HR, Finance, Administration, International Business, Economics or related field required- 1 Year **working experience of in a HR Service Center or HR operations**:- Mandatory - **High English Proficiency**:- Experience with an **ERP** (Workday, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Oracle Taleo, is desirable)- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills- Basic Excel skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in multiple projects successfully and simultaneously.- Ability to understand and develop successfully partnerships with customers.- High Customer Service orientation.- Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and follow up.- Excellent attention to details- Experience in Core HR and Training operations processes.- Solid self-management.- Sense of urgency- Attitude of service- Detail oriented and ability to handle robust data information
