Analyst I, Inventory (Warehouse Tech)

Overview:Analyzes the warehouse information to generate metrics that help detect opportunities in different warehouse processes. Proposes options for process improvement, audits inventory and new implementations to processes.**Responsibilities**:- Ensures that inventory reports are run so that raw material requirements are made to external storage site and south plant according to the production plan.- Ensures that the required material arrives at the plant in time for use in the production areas.- Analyze warehouse information to implement department metrics.- Analyze warehouse information to detect process opportunities and suggest improvements.- Monitor warehouse processes with audits and metrics review.- Notify different warehouse areas of production priorities.- It is the point of contact between the warehouse supervisor, production, planning & planning control to ensure that all areas are aligned in what is going to run.- It ensures that the different storage sites (Impulso, south Plant & North Plant) store the material for which they are planned to store.- Collaborate with the development and updating of warehouse area procedures.- Train warehouse staff based on established procedures.- Audit assortment transactions vs production schedule.- Audit receipt and storage transactions.Qualifications:- Highschool- 1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse area- English 65%- Excellent human relationships- Service Attitude- Analitic- MS Office
