**What Will You Do?**
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- Collect all the data necessary to process regular and special payroll payments (Christmas bonus, profit sharing, etc.)
- Calculation of Social Security (IMSS) and Housing Fund (INFONAVIT) contributions
- Calculation of State and Federal Tax Withholdings
- Employee settlement processing. (severance pay)
- Preparation of monthly payments to Federal Credit (INFONACOT)
- Coordinate electronic accounting reports of individual employee payroll payments
- Posting and posting policies in SAP
**What Do You Need?**
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following mínimal requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a minimum two (2) years related experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate.
- Proficient written communication skills to effectively communicate.
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations, remaining_ focused on the ultimate objective._
- Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction and development of relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers.
- Capacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including strong keyboarding skills.
- Experience with order related systems; TRESS, SUA, SOPARE and SAP.
- Bilingual.
