Join us today and experience Life at Visa.LAC Strategy & Operations Marketing Role, will be responsible for coordinating and supporting client marketing organization with the finance, planning and contracting operations in order sell, execute and implement with excellence all the initiatives with clients.
This role will work with the different multifunctional teams to support the implementation of the Visa Marketing Service Model.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**- Support the Marketing Services function by keeping Project Pipeline and Financials data accurate and complete.- Ensure compliance of marketing initiatives and adherence to Visa key controls and brand standards.- Project control and management of marketing engagements in the different stages of the evolution.- Identify key stakeholders and work to achieve project objectives.
Create detail project schedule, critical and dependances to comply with project timeline.- Manage project status report, issues, action items, risks, change log, internal and external dependencies.- Regularly monitor and report on project progress- Facilitate project status meetings, requirements and design discussions, and defect status reviews- Coordinate project estimating process, manage project budget, pipeline, forecast, contracts, planned vs. actual- Be the key liasson with key multifunctional partners like Finance, Controllership to provide continuous guideline and direction to the function.- Partner with regional marketing teams to advance key initiatives, facilitating communications across teams, share best practices, and advance key global initiatives.
