Analyst Parts Supply

Maintain proper MRP and supplier schedules, Validate MRP on Weekly basis, Validate MRP outcome and respective supplier schedule in key unique items, Review MRP messages and resolve identified issues, Ensure supplier schedules are sent properly, Monitor supply through daily clear o build reviews, Maintain critical parts list and supply evolution follow-up, Discussion with supply base on critical situations, Material shortages, Premium freight required and responsibility, Over shipment, Behind the schedule, Maintain/update system parameters for proper floats, based on supplier/item, Central material in transit and respective estimate arrival time based on material needs, Maintain proper AETC's in system for required premium freight instructions, Manage supplier report card, Support disputes, Review and approve/cancel on time delivery instructions and Keep own parts with proper and stablished inventory levels
