ABOUT THE ROLEEnsure compliance with inventory processes in maquiladoras, as well as ensure the proper execution of material and intermediate flow, and receipt of finished products from maquiladoras to the plant and vice versa in order to meet delivery schedules and new product launches on time. Implement process improvements and generate cost-saving projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Optimize operating costs (inputs, loading, unloading, storage, inventory control, and penalties).Daily coordination between planning, warehousing, maquiladoras, and carriers to activate the shipment and receipt of materials and finished products on time.- Actualizar, estandarizar, optimizar y controlar la documentación de maquilas: PIH, procedimientos, manuales, especificaciones.- Update, standardize, optimize, and control the documentation of maquiladoras: PIH, procedures, manuals, specifications.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING- Graduated from engineering, logistics or similar- Advance English level- 1 year of previous experience on procurement or supply chainPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS- Lean methodology- Continues improvement- proactivelyThis position is full timeTemporary contract 6 months**Inclusion & Diversity**We're a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age and ability.
