This particular role falls under our Customer Service sub team. In this role, you will analyze stock against customer purchase orders and allocate product to each order. The planner creates the shipment and delivery within SAP. The RDM planner works closely with Customer Service and the DC's to ensure orders are allocated and dropped to the DC in a timely manner with the highest fill rate possible. Decisions are made mindful of the impact to Wella operations KPI's as well as measurements our customers utilize to chart our performance as a service provider.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Allocate orders daily; create shipments and deliveries within SAP- Daily order review for cut/hold or rescheduling within the Smart Allocation tool.- Provide Daily Action Report detail on potential cuts to the business daily.- Partner with multiple DC teams to ensure orders are received in a timely manner.- Partner with Customer Service to ensure proper allocation of customer orders.- Complete and/or contribute to special projects assigned by RDM Leadership.- Communicate to inventory on QA hold that priority items need to be released to allocate to sales orders as needed.- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to on-going RDM process improvement initiatives.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.- Competent user of Microsoft Office 365 - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.- At least 1-3 years of experience in a logistics/supply planning/delivery management or customer service environment a plus.- Experience in using ERP systems (e.G. SAP, Manugistics, Oracle, or other) preferred- Able to work well with cross-functional teams on a daily basis and respond effectively to multiple demands- Energetic, highly motivated, and has a passion for excellence in pursuit of business growth and success
