.Currently, we are looking for an Analyst (Revenue) to strengthen our Business Partnering Service unit.We seek the best talent in corporate finance and financial management, with dedication, discipline, and a results-oriented approach to everyday tasks.In this position, you will work with EPAM's Business Partnering Services (BPS), which is part of the Global Finance department. BPS is responsible for administrative and financial functions related to the relationship between EPAM leadership and EPAM clients.You will join a team of 250+ specialists to help grow the business.RESPONSIBILITIES- Calculate revenue based on timesheets, contracts, and internal policies- Prepare accounts for monthly/annual closure procedures and provide detailed revenue analysis by periods and causes of volatility- Provide short-term and long-term revenue forecasts in accordance with company rules- Work with contracts, including reviewing and analyzing financial points, and assisting in drafting and budgeting- Work with EPAM internal systems to enter and validate data for completeness and accuracy- Create and update reports for internal and customer needs- Prepare financial health-checks of individual accounts- Develop processes on accounts, provide consulting and support services to project teams regarding revenue recognition, invoicing, and time reporting- Build relationships with other internal departments, business, and clients- Work with auditors' team and provide audit support for timely completion of audits and in terms of providing additional requested information."**REQUIREMENTS**:- A higher education degree in economics- Knowledge of financial fundamentals- Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency in oral and written English communication, including business correspondence- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables, charts, and a range of mathematical and logical formulas- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
