And we'll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.How will you make an impact in this role?Drive Coverage Expansion: Managing and tracking the progress of card acceptance in targeted industries, cities, and tourist destinations.Lead Coordination: Collaborate with acquisition channels and models to ensure parity of coverage and maintain an up-to-date lead tracking system.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Servicing teams to execute impactful initiatives such as the "Paint it Blue" program, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable outcomes.Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct periodic data analyses, track key performance metrics, and present insights and results to the leadership team.Stakeholder Communication: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to the Global Merchant Services (GMS) leadership team, highlighting progress and key outcomes.Database Management: Maintain and manage databases effectively to support business insights and decision-making.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the financial or payment services industry.Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and driving business growth.Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsExceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence diverse audiences.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
