This includes ownership for the hardware and software maintenance support renewal program globally.
This position also is responsible for managing expirations associated to the department's 3rd party contractor requirements.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Hardware and Software Maintenance Contract Renewal (80%)Support and enable the renewal process for WarnerMedia globallyAssist with all active renewals to ensure timely completion of renewalsMonitor new purchases to ensure consistency and completeness of renewalsCoordinate renewals with technical, business and management contacts to ensure necessity and level of renewalCoordinate quoting pricing to include supplier negotiationEnsure all requisition information or renewal is accurately and expeditiously captured within the Procurement systemEnsure prompt communication on all purchases and effectively escalate issues with suppliers when applicableUpdate and maintain renewals tracker with all correct and most updated information3rd Party Contract Management (30%)Maintain listing of 3rd Party Contractors and Expiration datesWork with resource managers to confirm whether extensions are requiredCoordinate extension paperwork with sourcing groupMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:2 to 4+ years experience with contracts and renewals.General Procurement process knowledgeAdvanced Level of English.DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: 1 - 3 years experience with supplier management1 - 3 years experience with ITCustomer management experienceSolid oral, written, presentation, interpersonal and meeting coordination skillsEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceHow We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
