.Analyst, US Corporates Group - MonterreyRequisition ID: 47307Business Unit: Fitch RatingsCategory: Credit Analysis & ResearchLocation: Monterrey, MXAnalyst, US Corporates Group – MonterreyFitch Ratings is currently seeking an Analyst for coverage of the US Corporates Group based out of our Monterrey office.What We Offer:Fitch is a team-oriented work environment, so excellent communication skills are essential, as is a high productivity work-ethic and results-oriented mindset.An opportunity to be in a sector team at a global rating agency.A role and platform that helps the debt capital markets make more informed decisions via timely, insightful and forward-looking rating actions and research.We'll Count on You To:Perform data analysis of key quantitative and qualitative factors influencing the US Corporates group, in support of existing ratings, new rating mandates and research.Become an expert on the model used to derive credit opinion recommendations.Take ownership of a number of credits to which Fitch assigns a credit assessment.Maintain comprehensive financial models.Prepare internal reports tracking key operational trends to inform senior staff and empower them to make good strategic planning decisions within the department.Occasionally collaborate with senior team members to publish research on US Corporates topics, for Fitch's external audience which includes institutional investors, private equity sponsors, private debt funds, CLO managers, HY mutual fund managers and credit hedge funds.Support Senior Analysts prepare presentations for internal credit rating committees.Participate in the evaluation of other credits within US Corporates, as well as other related credit groups.Advanced English proficiency (Bilingual).
