Company Description**Job Description**:**Responsibilities**:- Supervise that the libraries send the data on time and correctly giving weekly follow-up- Control the quality of the database, supervising the quality of our service, detecting errors and coordinating their resolution with Nielsen's internal teams- Preparation of market reports under company standards- Act as the first filter for clients, solving their most basic doubts and channeling more weighty concerns with the team- Provide training to customers on the use of our tool, request access and cancellations to it- Support in basic procedures with clients: documentation, request for purchase orders, coordinate basic issues with the revenue, collection, Contract & dispatch teams**Qualifications**:- Intermediate english level to give support to international teams- Experience in a Business Intelligence tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, SAP BI, Pentaho.
