The Position Your primary duty as a Power BI Developer will be to transform raw data into insightful and actionable analyses using interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports.
Through your expertise, you will bridge the gap between data and decision-making, enabling the organization to derive valuable insights that drive strategic initiatives.
You will be instrumental in turning complex data sets into accessible visualizations that empower teams across the company to make informed choices and facilitate data-driven decisions.
Additionally, you will: Understand business requirements in the BI context, design data models, and convert raw data into meaningful insights.
Create interactive dashboards and detailed reports using Power BI, including performing DAX queries and developing scripts.
Identify KPIs, present data through reports for decision-making, and transform business requirements into technical specifications with defined timelines.
Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation of data sources, data models, report design, and best practices, ensuring accessibility for the BI team and end-users.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational data governance policies.
Qualifications You hold a University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related areas.
3-4 years of experience in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing projects.
Experience working with Power BI is a must.
SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS knowledge is considered as an asset.
Understanding of Phyton, SQL, JavaScript is a plus, also background working with SnowFlake and DPT.
We expect a candidate proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
