The Analytics Program Management team is responsible for driving technical execution of risk analytics products and solution development bridging product, coverage, engineering, data and research to collaborate and execute product development and maintenance with a client-centric focus.
Key Responsibilities:Define and drive the technical delivery of Analytics programs by collaborating with data, research, engineering, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.Create program collateral, requirements specifications, and functional and technical designs in addition to ownership and prioritization of the program backlog.Build and manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders across functions by effectively communicating program plans, progress towards business goals, and status through reports and steering committees based on business objectives.Bring clarity to stakeholders to enable better decision-making and accountability on the program strategy to improve the customer experience.
