Así mismo, debe mantener una supervisión de las mesas asignadas, para llevar y presentar los platillos a los comensales; además de retirar el plaque, cristalería y vajilla sucia de la mesa.Funciones esenciales:Asistencia general a los comensales, bienvenida a la mesa, toma de órdenes y ingreso de las mismas al sistema.Presentación de platillos.Recolección de platos, vasos y vajilla sucia.Montaje de mesas del restaurante.Supervisión de las mesas que tiene asignadas durante su turno.Educación:Preparatoria terminada o experiencia equivalente.Experiencia:De uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia desempeñando el puesto.Uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia en un ambiente de hotelería de lujo (No es requisito obligatorio, pero se considera un plus).Habilidades:Habilidad para leer, hablar y escribir en Español e Inglés
