If so, join our community of women HITers!Launched in 2017, by Isabelle Mashola and Philippe Coup-Jambet, isahit is a socially responsible platform that aims to offer people (called HITers), located in developing or socio-economically disadvantaged countries, a supplemental income so that they can at some point in their life path, realize an entrepreneurial and/or professional project, resume or continue their higher education but also connect to the rest of the world via the Internet while training them in digital skills.The platform is available in over 35 countries in Africa, Asia, South America and Europe. It brings together a community of more than 1.000 HITers, mainly women, who carry out digital tasks.In order to become a HITer, you must have one of the following projects:- You want to finance your studies- You are looking for a job and you need money during your researches- You want to finance an entrepreneurial project in the digital fieldBy working with us, you must also have a computer and an internet connection.We expect the HITers to work at least 25 hours a month and the maximum working time is 100 hours. Moreover, it is not possible to work for isahit and its clients for more than three years. This is because isahit allows HITers to earn a supplemental income to help them realize their professional projects for a defined short period of their lives. Please note that the HITers' pay is indexed to the cost of living in each country, but the remuneration ranges from 1.5 to 3 euros per hour.Also, by joining isahit, you will be considered as a self-employed person.
