After all, what better guarantee is there than increased safety, security and productivity than through adequate protection.GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:The Marketing Manager Olac will develop and execute Marketing strategy for the Channel Distributors, NPD set-up and Portfolio Management across OLAC region.Note: Olac refers to Other Latin-American Markets without include Mexico & Brazil.Additionally, the Marketing Manager Olac will coordinate digital marketing activations; this includes but is not limited to the following activities to support the Channel, Retail & Digital strategy:Forecasting and Budget working with salesChannel specific programs - Implement and manage branding and marketing campaigns that promote products. Plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital and social networking space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.Build out Ansell's e-commerce Distributor efforts to connect end user optionsShare key learnings and best practices with SBUDevelop Ansell Digital Marketing strategy with key customers and end usersPartner with agency to develop a strategic digital plan to support local initiatives; channels to focus include marketing automation, paid search, social & display while partnering with LAC Digital Marketing Team.Manage daily projects – liaise with Sales and/or external vendors to ensure timely execution of activities based on project plansRESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIESContribute to OLAC strategy with the aim of improving the overall customer and end user experience:OLAC marketing strategyPortfolio ManagementPricing strategy and managementManage A&P budget and expensesIncentive programs to DistributorsLead, develop and execute Promotional plan and Distributor rewards programCollateral Materials (Giveaways & traditional material)Work to build Retail and Vending development efforts in collaboration with Distributors and internal channel teamImplement strategy for Ansell Digital transformation that target specific channels & Distributor needsContent Material developmentCreate or adapt guides (Hazards campaigns)Landing pages (follow up, review, update)Manage Agency relationship to develop digital strategy that supports the local initiatives.Social media postsMaintain our social media presence in Distributors web pages
