Responsibilities: Achieve the annual sales budget assigned for the Territory, determined by the Regional Sales Manager.Maintain a close relationship with distributors, managing the flow of technical information.Work with the distributor to define plans to increase coverage where needed.Suggest adjustments in the distribution network, proposing new distributors and cutting underperforming ones.Monitor competition activities and provide relevant feedback to the company.Identify opportunities and risks in the assigned territory due to market trends and regulatory issues.Support the distribution network by providing necessary training to the sales team.Keep Salesforce updated with relevant information and GUARDIAN presentations.Direct technical processes for large projects and penetrate designated markets.Ensure customer satisfaction through training and knowledge of company products and services.Manage the administration of product mix and positioning of the Ansell brand values.Share forecasts and market information with the Marketing and Procurement Department.Conduct end-user calls to provide solutions and support.Participate in workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions.Comply with quality, environment, health, and safety regulations.Engage in training programs for new responsibilities and multi-functional projects.KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduated Higher Education in Company Administration, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
Job Experience: Knowledge of Industrial Health, Safety, and Environment; experience in risk assessment and training; at least 4 years as an Account Manager with Salesforce.
Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in Office 360, especially Excel; basic financial mathematics; minimum Intermediate English; strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to speak in public; advanced English and Salesforce knowledge; postgraduate studies in Health, Safety, and Environment; risk assessment and prevention studies.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and internationally for congresses and training as needed.
Typically, spends 40%-50% of time in face-to-face interactions and calls with end-users, 20%-30% with distributors, and the rest in administrative work (reports, Salesforce, GUARDIAN, etc.).
