**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement automated optical inspection solutions using Kyence and Monet vision systems.- Utilize image processing libraries, including OpenCV and Falcon, to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AOI systems into production lines and workflows.- Conduct validation tests to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of AOI systems.- Perform failure analysis to identify root causes of inspection errors and implement corrective actions.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in vision systems technology to continuously improve inspection processes.**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience in developing and deploying AOI solutions using Kyence and Monet vision systems.- In-depth knowledge of image processing techniques and libraries, such as OpenCV and Falcon.-
- Strong understanding of system design principles and best practices.- Experience with validation procedures and failure analysis in AOI systems.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.**Preferred Qualifications**:
