Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:Develop automatic optical inspection plans for multiple platforms (Koh Young, Viscom, and Mirtec)- Define strategies to prevent slips thru with our internal and external customers, 0 mileage and customer compliances- Attend internal and external trainings specific to AOI technology for programming and maintenance.- Ensure standardization across the plant and in compliance with Bosch corporate policies- Train and develop trainings seminars to pierce, technicians and operative personnel- Procure with internal and external suppliers the necessary machinery, tooling and fixtures for production.- Develop and/or compliment maintenance schedules to comply with preventive and predictive maintenance guidelines.- Respond to emergencies down time issues in conjunction with other technical personnel according to the Bosch escalation process- Attend and coordinate new product launches to meet defined project milestones (sample builds, pre-PV, PV and SOP).- Monitor and ensure compliance with Technical down time goals, Defect cost goals, technical issues and KPI goals (Pseudo failures and Defect Cost).- Define the necessary spare parts and quantities for the assigned process/equipment. Provide minimum and maximum stock levels needed to tool crib- Support all Bosch production initiatives (CIP, Policy Deployment, Team Work, etc.)- Active participate in Control Plan and PFMEA creation.- Definition of procedures and instructions for new manufacturing process.- Use of six sigma tools applicable to perform machine capability test, repeatability and reproducibility studies according to Bosch Procedures.**Qualifications**:- Bachelors in Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial or computer science engineering- Minimum 2 years with experience in SMT Process- NC Data generation tools, MS Office, QDAS Solara, Gerber tools, ePM, SAP P72- Work under pressure, Proactive, Team work, Focus on results- Bilingual Spanish - English (75% Minimum)Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
