The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery and growth of our property presence in the region, drive new business growth, and strengthen our strategic relationships with large insurance buyers, insurers, and reinsurers.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction and oversight to the property practice across Latin America, which also includes leading our dedicated London-based Property Broking team.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Use and ensure usage of our Pipeline and FDT platforms to support such activities.Use our data, our leading market position, and our technical capabilities to craft outstanding and efficient capacity solutions for our clients' needs, as well as other added value services such as benchmarking, rate changes, industry insights, etc.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property professionals, encouraging a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments, providing insights to clients and internal customers.Work closely with the other regional practice leaders, local country teams, and other areas of the company (including areas of industry specialization, analytics, etc.), as well as with Aon Commercial Risk Solutions, to demonstrate Aon's full expertise and deliver the best solutions for our clients.Skills and experience that will lead to success.Demonstrated ability in property broking in Latam, with a consistent record of business development and placement of large and sophisticated risks.In-depth understanding of Latin American property markets, regulations, and trends.Shown leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.G., Business, Engineering, etc.); advanced degree or equivalent experience or professional certifications (e.G., MRICS, CCIM) are advantageous.Spanish and English is a must.
