Suggest any programming change(s), which will improve the, run time, material usage, etc of a part Monitor the run time of tbrication machines. Suggest any changes which will improve department efficiency. Participate in the development of the tool loads of tbrication machines. Insure that all material is utilized properly so that scrap is kept to a minimum. Process Internal Requer multiple departments includixtures. Proper distribution and task assignment, customs, and ECllow-up on assigned tasks to ensure accuracy. (e.G. ensure all parts on EC aund and changed, signed off after all parts have been updated). Designs and makes modifications to the product according to customer needs. Documents the list of materials according to the new design. Document new parts, BOM, and register inthe ERP system. Responsibr delivering the list of new materials needr Purchasing / Production processes based on the new design. Product design tests at production level process. Review allow up on non-conformities. Make engineering changes if necessary. Document changes or updates to actual processes. Maintains operating standards (SOP).
