We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Shared Services team in Monterrey: Responsibilities Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currencies Interaction with international and domestic suppliers Enter payments using bank portals Analysis and resolution of invoice problems AP balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions Provide excellent customer service to third party vendors and our ZF Mexican operating units Ensure all reporting deadlines are achieved and Corporate accounting policies and practices adhered to Requirements: Preferred with Accounting or Administration degree Candidates with enough AP experience, but unfinished college degree accepted The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience Strong computer, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Maintain a focus on continuous process improvement and excellent customer service in a demanding work environment.
