- Headquarters**We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Accounts Payable Supervisor**, based in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
**As Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to manage the accounts payable process activities in a timely and accurate way to comply with SOX regulations and GBS Mexico Guidelines, and ensure invoices are processed and paid on time for freight and commercial suppliers.
**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**:- Standardize and streamline processes and controls.- Maintain key process indicators to measure efficiency and productivity.- Maintain detailed procedures and documentation to support internal and external audit requests.- Maintain effective communication within the team and coordination with other GBS departments.- Proficiency of accounting guidelines and SOX controls.- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.- Strong attention to detail, data analysis and problem solving.- Ability to motive team members.- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize core competencies.- Self-starter with a focus on process improvement.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related.- Bilingual (English/Spanish)- Knowledge in SAP, QAD, Coupa and Lear Financial suite of systems.- +3 years of related professional work experience and +1 year of experience as supervisor.- Proficient in computer software Office.
Excellent skills in excel (spreadsheet enthusiast and fast).LI-DNI
