**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in understanding API functionality, usage, and best practices for integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, and customer success to address API-related issues and enhance overall product functionality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and other resources to assist clients in effectively utilizing our APIs.
- Analyze API usage patterns and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in API development and support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- years of experience in API development, integration, or support roles.
- Proficiency in C# is key, any other programming language (such as Java, Python, or JavaScript) is bonus.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and API security standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support and driving customer satisfaction.
- Conversational English
