Application Engineer And Technical Support

The _Application Engineer_ is responsible for_ the daily onsite support of our customers _and will be located in CDMX.In this role, a typical day will look like:- Provide highly remote software support to customers in Mexico and LATAM.- Become the technical expert on Xrite Color Solutions.- On-site implementations of Xrite Color Solutions.- Manage customer support activities.- Provide software trainings and basic hardware installationThe essential requirements of the job include:- Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design (or similar)- Background in graphic arts and color science - 3 or more years experience- Knowledge IT Basics- Strong analytical skills, quick learner and expert troubleshooter- Ability to travel 60-70%% of the time by airplane or vehicleAt Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.
