Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external customers to deliver exceptional customer support.- Quote both price & delivery for all modified standard & custom design gear drive units using a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, drawing, or schedule form.-
- Provide marketing information derived from inquiries for product planning purposes.- Coordinate large project quotation inquiries, which may include a broad range of products.- Work with vendors/sub-contractors to determine pricing and lead time for custom components.- Analyze costs to determine profitability at quoted prices.- Provide disposition on price deviation requests from sales.- Conduct pricing reviews and purchase order terms and conditions reviews.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business - related field or a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a technical role, or a combination of education and experience.- Advanced level of English language proficiency both verbal and written.- High level of phone confidence and professionalism.- Demonstrated proficiency in working with SAP and Salesforce, strongly preferred.- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred.- Drawing interpretation.
