The main responsibilities of the role are to:
- Provide L2/ L3 support complying with AstraZeneca standards
Develop specialist knowledge in relevant systems, documenting and sharing that knowledge, as required, with global teams
- Work with multiple stake holders including business users, infrastructure/middleware teams, 3rd party software vendors for resolving issues
**Required skills**
- Degree in Computer Science/Electronics or equivalent
- 4 to 6 years of IT experience in Application Development or Application support
- ITIL knowledge, SLA's, incident/change/problem management
- SNOW or other ticketing tool knowledge (Remedy, HPSM)
- Good Knowledge of programming languages & scripting - C#/Java/Python
- Good Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 and higher
Good understanding of Oracle or SQL Server Databases and able to write complex Search and update queries.
- Advanced knowledge of creation of SQL, Stored procedures & Triggers, SQL server agent jobs and performance tuning of the existing SQL code in stored procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, meets deadlines, and work independently.

Has primary responsibility for maintaining and updating all documentation associated to the Application Development throughout its lifecycle.
- Understanding of.net framework 3.0 or higher
- Previous developer experience
- AGILE / Scrum Certified
- ITIL certified
- Engineering Degree / Masters in Computer Science
