Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor demonstrations to address specific needs. Provide technical expertise during sales meetings to answer questions and address concerns.Post-Sales Customer Support:Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance after the sale. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues reported by customers. Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Maintain regular communication with customers to update them on the status of their support requests.Customer Training Services:Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Create training materials and tutorials to facilitate user understanding and adoption. Offer ongoing training sessions for existing customers, especially for new updates or features.Documentation:Create and update support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides. Document customer interactions and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. Perform testing of new software releases to identify and report any bugs or issues. Create instructional videos that effectively communicate complex concepts and processes.Working with partners:Collaborate with company partners to understand their needs and requirements. Participate in joint solution development projects with partners to create integrated solutions.
