**Your Role**
- Creation and release of 2D drawings and BOM per customer 3D math data.
Support Customer build events on site.
- Support engineering changes quote process by providing information on change impact to the quote team
- Support Validation Engineer with identification and request of missing validations
- Communicate and coordinate with Manufacturing implementation of engineering changes
- Support Manufacturing plants with engineering deviations due to material availability
- Support Manufacturing plants with Design for Manufacturability workshops
Support new model launches with participation on site.
- Support new business quotes
Actively participate in Cost reduction workshops
Lead and participate on process improvement projects
**Your Background**:
- High level of English proficiency is a must (90% or higher).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical /Industrial / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3 + years of experience in harness design.
- AUTOCAD software knowledge (80% or higher).
- Experience on engineering changes, and manufacturing product release.
- Must have Visa and passport
- Experience with design documentation development DFMEA,
- Prior experience in harness manufacturing.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Great communication skills, verbally and written.
