```htmlApplication Engineer MGTAbout the RoleLocation: Mexico, Queretaro, Santiago de QueretaroCompany: Siemens Energy, S. deOrganization: Gas Services Business Unit, Service Latin AmericaFull / Part time: Full-timeExperience Level: Mid-level ProfessionalA Snapshot of Your DayIn the department Latin America Technical Support, we are responsible for giving technical solutions to Customer issues, supporting our field service teams, and monitoring the whole Latin America fleet.How You'll Make an ImpactSupport day-to-day regional clients with technical inquiries related to outages in sync with local and PL Technical Support Group.Participate in outage preparation meetings and support local outages execution.Attend customers' meetings as required by Field Services or Project Management Group for technical clarification on inspection scopes (Activities, tools, schedule, resources, etc.) with both internal and external customers.Create and follow up SFDC cases with operational/mechanical support.Create Fault Reports during major events.Define Spare Parts for creating selling opportunities.Provide tools and instrument support for regional Siemens.Clarify processes and ways of working to regional Siemens and Sweden Product Competence Center.Manage day-to-day customer care and technical inquiries (pre/during/post outages and in normal operations).Clarify Service Bulletin processes and preliminary scopes.Support Product Competence Center in solving technical questions and interactions with regions and customers.Eventually support as Application Engineer to schedule outages when requested by AE PL Team.What You BringUniversity Degree: Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringProfessional Experience: 5 years in Thermal Power Plants positions.Technical Knowledge: Gas Turbines, IT tools at professional working proficiency level.Soft Skills: Results-focused, customer satisfaction-oriented, multicultural approach.```#J-18808-Ljbffr
