And if that's you we would love to have you join us!**Job Description**:Job Summary:This role is responsible for leading an engineering team that provides custom low voltage motor control centers (LVMCC) based on customer specifications.The main responsibilities of this role are to review orders with engineers to map out order processing strategy and risk identification and mitigation plans. Final engineering output is also reviewed to ensure customer requirements were met and a quality process was followed. To ensure team is able to do its best work, this manager will engage on order problems and help provide solutions removing obstacles to success at any point in the process.
