Support Central Team to industrialization of new technologies and keep the process stable.Principal activitiesSupport the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame. Increase the level of maturity of the process based on the evaluation results of the pieces produced, achieve the required properties of the product through a robust configuration of the process.Understand the interdependencies between the product properties and process configuration which is predetermined from the development phase; Know and constantly consult the special characteristics for production processes (tolerances and customer requirements); Create, store, and administer documentation: process data sheets, part history, acquisition of process data (data acquisition) if required, process verification checklists (error proofing), visual aids, manuals, support software as well as any technical information on productive equipment; Conduct optimization analysis and implementation of process improvements.Ensure compliance of the production process with the product characteristics in a capable manner, by validating the process and characteristics based on customer specifications using statistical methods, machine and process capacity studies (MFU, PFU), experimental design (DOE), etc.Suggest the adjustment of process tolerances, verify the defined process parameters, with a preliminary capacity study to ensure that the defined ranges will meet the production expectation.
