**Description**:**Purpose****Essential Duties**- ** Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.**- ** Will manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations**- ** Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.**- ** Will assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes**- ** Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.**- ** Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System****Other Duties**- ** Will establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly**- ** Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources****Required Qualifications**- ** Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in place of education**- ** Minimum three years of Relevant Experience**- ** Information Technology Field and/or Bankcard Industry experience**- ** Able to work days, Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.**- ** Must be available for 24/7 On-Call production support.**- ** Google Suite experience**- ** Merchant Accounting System (MAS) knowledge****Preferred Qualifications**- ** Demonstrated ability working in a high volume, high availability environment
