**Description**:
**Purpose**

**Essential Duties**
- ** Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.**
- ** Will manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations**
- ** Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.**
- ** Will assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes**
- ** Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.**
- ** Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System**

**Other Duties**
- ** Will establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly**
- ** Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources**

**Required Qualifications**
- ** Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in place of education**
- ** Minimum three years of Relevant Experience**
- ** Information Technology Field and/or Bankcard Industry experience**
- ** Able to work days, Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.**
- ** Must be available for 24/7 On-Call production support.**
- ** Google Suite experience**
- ** Merchant Accounting System (MAS) knowledge**

**Preferred Qualifications**
- ** Demonstrated ability working in a high volume, high availability environment
