Should have strong knowledge of Application packaging using Admi Studio tool, languageskills like VBScript, PowerShell Should have strong knowledge in APPV 5.
The basics of APPV 4.6 would be an added advantage.
Should have strong SCCM knowledge.
Should have strong troubleshooting skills for issues arising at end users' side for MSI, APPV,SCCM deployment.
Should be able to think out of the box for various scenarios when one methodology is notworking for a particular issue.
Should be able to understand the end-to-end process of EUC Certification.
Should have theinsights to read beyond the planning notes, to understand the actual requirement of an apppackaging request.
Should be able to understand the history of an application in and out in the sense how it waspackaged, what were its requirements earlier, and then decide on how to packagethe current request.
Should be able to decode the glitches in planning notes and lab tech team's findings of anapplication and steer the packaging to right direction by coordinating with the planner/labteam or customer (if needed).
Should be willing to contribute to SIP periodically by giving automation for various activitiesrelated to the end-to-end process.
Should have basic knowledge of VMWare vSphere.
If not, then he/she must be a quicklearner of activities that may be beyond app packaging.
