**Job Details****What will you do?****How would you do it**:- Acts as an Application Portfolio Management SME responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the APM Strategy, Processes & Policies as determined by the overall ITSM Roadmap.- Developing Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services.- Lead and drive all Continual Service Improvement enhancements to the APM process and ServiceNow implementation in accordance with Industry "Good Practice" (i.E., ITIL Framework).- Provide regular reports and recommendations to Business/IT Application Owners and Key Stakeholders.- Responsible for prioritizing and resourcing for the APM team.- Manage and work with the Governance, Risk & Compliance department on the development and operationalization of Associated APM Policies and Controls.- Manage and drive the development, enhancement, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform in support of APM, ensuring data quality and consistency.**What we look for?**- Bachelor's Degree or related work experience- **1 - 3 years**- Experience in management of Business Applications, and Technical and Application Services in support of all IT Service Management processes.- Experience in the definition of Business Applications and associated APM best practices.- Knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Framework- ITIL Foundation (V3 / 4) Certification- ITIL Lifecycle or Capability certification(s) in Service Strategy, Service Design- Application Portfolio Management certification desired- Strong verbal/written communication, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority.- Ability to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
