Provide technical application support for the CRM tool (built on Salesforce framework) to internal and external users. Deliver information to improve and enhance customer experience. Develop and review knowledge documentation including white papers, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles. This job might be for you if: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related experience. 1-2 years of software customer experience. Experience with ERP, CRM, ECM is a plus. Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards is a plus. Excellent communication and articulation skills with ability to work effectively in distributed teams. Exhibit excellent problem solving skills, interpersonal and organizational communication skills, and proficiency in a multitude of software platforms. Adaptability to process changes. Expert Microsoft Excel knowledge. Desired: experience in working with Salesforce.
