Application Support Consultant

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Registers all tasks and activities in remedy service desk software (including time).
- Actively participates in department meetings and other team functions.
- Participates in general meetings.
- Analysis of business needs.
- Understands strategic goals and develop requirement in accordance.
- Establishes an overview of the requirements defined by the customer; with a deep understanding of the business, positively challenge and understand the business driver(s) for the solutions needed.
- Contributes to the solution blueprint for the solution (addressing all high-level business requirements), reflecting a strong business understanding and knowledge.
- Good understanding of the current solutions provided to support business capabilities, enabling the business consultant to provide good guidance on current solutions and needs for enhancing these.
