What you'll doWe are seeking an experienced Applications Adhesives Engineer to join our packaging team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing adhesive solutions for packaging applications, ensuring product performance, quality, and cost-efficiency. This role involves collaborating with R&D, production, and customers to design, test, and implement adhesives that meet specific packaging requirements. The candidate will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for adhesive-related issues in the packaging process.
We offer you an exciting position working as an Applications Engineer, where you will be responsible for supporting and growing the business in Global and local accounts through the MX territory.Deliver added value to customers by developing know-how of the products and processes involved.Analyze and determine the needs for Products and Technical Service required in the market and among customers, both preventively and correctively, through continuous visits to clients to build trust in our products.Conduct audits to process to make recommendations of improvements.Introduction of actual and innovative products ensuring success in implementation.Develop and test solutions for packaging applications.What makes you a good fitBachelor's degree in chemical engineering or other chemical related discipline.Service attitude with the objective of providing customer satisfaction.Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and hands-on mentality.Experience in working effectively in cross-functional and international teams.Up-to-date computer skills including strong literacy in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Advanced English.JOB ID: 24073715
