What's in it for you: The Product Manager - HGVM (high grow vertical market) will formulate and review corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product lines, applicable to HGVM. Conducts competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience. Focus in Data Centers, High Tech and electrification of heat, determines the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements.
Develops sourcing, production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire lifecycle.
Provides advertising with core brand equity.

What you will do: Tracking and implementation of Applied portfolio NPDs Presentations preparation for internal and external trainings Analysis, organization & creation of technical "go-to-market" materials, including marketing contents Creation, editing, revision, translation & management of product literature & updating at SharePoint Consolidation of market information for the whole LAR region Work with other functional groups within the organization to ensure smooth execution through all stages of the product. Support and implement vertical market strategies based on in-depth market analysis, voice of customer, voice of business insights and strategic corporate initiatives What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Administration 8+ years HVAC industry knowledge & experience with technical background Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint Spanish is mandatory and Advanced level of English Deep technical product and application engineering of HVAC and Controls systems for Data Centers, Electrification of Heat and High Tech facilities Learning capacity for new technologies, market trends, application engineering to cover new HGVM or changing needs and market trends Data Centers Knowledge Availability to travel Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence cross-functional teams Effective oral presentations Thrives in ambiguous environments, exhibiting an entrepreneurial and proactive nature.
